alright...
was really feeling that well these few days...
kept sneezing...
BUT
my 4 months fitness programme hasn't stop at all. haha
did my usual pull-ups everyday morning and afternoon per session.
it was kinda mental strength actually.
because few months ago, due to all the SLACKNESS.
i couldn't really do much pull-up.
i was still wondering why i can't do as i expected and yup.
physically able to do but mentally no. LOL!
so i started some warm up as usual.
jogging! it basically warm up my entire muscles...
and and stretching...
and weight-lifting...
after 2 months of "preparing"
great! I am back to healthy ME!!!
weeee.
so yup! to all those who seldom excercise!
its not that u cannot do. basically physically u can.
its the mentally u can't. so do some warm up yeah! LOL!
now. i am feeling HUNGRY!
go grab a bite.
